Core Beliefs

I like the core belief approach to communicating with people who have a some kind of barrier to communicating with others.

If everyone supported the one belief system, a nation could become very powerful, along with all the other nations and their belief systems.

Surely beliefs are different from thoughts and surely we need to be educated so that we can think our way past situations that are challenging.  Other people and their emotions are particularly challenging if we take them on board.

Doing a Master’s degree in counselling is a weird and wonderful thing.
